Fiber Arts Learning Center Rescued Working Dogs

Photo by James Calder - to our little farm and fiber arts studio.  Nestled in the heart of Virginia's scenic Shenandoah Valley, the farm and studio is built along a mountain ridge  with panoramic views of the Allegheny Mountains and Jefferson National Forest. We are just a short twelve mile drive southwest of the historic college town of Lexington, home to Washington and Lee University and the Virginia Military Institute.

Elizabeth's Fiber Arts Learning Center offers weaving, spinning, dyeing and felting workshops and lessons throughout the year, always customized around your scheduling needs.  You can either click any navigation title below to come along for a virtual visit to our little farm and studio...  then make plans to come, see and learn for yourself!

Or... you can still see what we've enjoyed about the shepherding life, just come along with Elizabeth and some of the gang as they tended the flock, by checking out our Fall Forage slide show, or just take a Walk About slide show for a look around the farm!  Further, see James Calder's photographs, including a photojournalist's look at a day here at the farm!
